Team Ecuador 2011
In July of 2011 we have gotten the opportunity to engage in our first missions trip to Ecuador. This is a very exciting not only for our team that is going but for our church as a whole. We are all a part of the relationship that is forming between Grand Centre Alliance and Mark and Cheryl Shafer.
This year we are focusing on building a relationship with a church in Huaticocha located in the province or Orellana, Ecuador. The church there, led by Pastor Ivan, has just been given land to build a Church on. Their desire is to be able to start construction and our hope is to aid them in that process. Mark and Cheryl are passionate about helping churches reach out to surrounding communities. We anticipate the opportunity to go with the church in Huaticocha into a surrounding community and show our love for them though service, love, and sharing the message of Jesus.
